Default Fore-arm Pain

Hi, i seem to get sore fore-arms when performing:

Latpulldowns
Rows
Barbell curls ( more wrists)

How can i stop this, like with lat pulldowns my forearms just feel really sore and stiff. with like 2-3 reps to go, i have to let the bar down and just let the heat and pressure of my forearms go, i find this happens with WIDER grip.

The curl ones always happened to me too but I noticed it was only while I was sitting. Another good idea might be to db curls instead.

try using different hand positions and see if that helps. Lat pull downs with a neutral grip(may need a different bar), rows do not grip to tightly, maybe invest in some straps to help secure the bar to your wrist, Bicep curl with dumbbells and see if that helps.
