Default 8 weeks in dougs 4 day split, cut now?

this program is working well i built bigger shoulders, half an inch on my bicep, triceps are looking good, chest is full just needs to get bigger, by full i mean it covers the portion of my upper body, calves are getting bigger and more defined, however i think because i cant see my six pack i should cut, then bulk again

Pff keep bulking your six pack is visual at about 10% fat (depends also on ab size)

I bet your like 12% fat, i think you should keep bulking till 15% fat and than cut :P

See where are you after 12 weeks.

I agree take it to the twelve week mark. YOu can survive another 4 weeks of bulking.

I wouldn't stop if you're seeing good results everywhere else!(Except the abs). As long as your gut isn't getting too too big!

Keep bulking!
