Default back pains and problems in future!

hi my Other question is if you are a teenager and you are lifting weights will you have problems in the future when you grow?

and if you are over 21 and you are lifting weights (good form etc..) will you
have again problems with your back?(because of weights)

I guess if you lift like a 17 year old the rest of your life, only working chest, abs, and biceps. LOL Then YES you will have back problems.

But if you read the training articles on here, and follow a balanced workout routine, you should be able to strengthen your back and keep it strong well into your old age!

Of course, this is all dependant on whether or not you have some sort of genetic spine disorder that is causing back pain. But pretty sure, lifting weights, with proper form, with a balanced routine, will help strengthen your back, not hurt it.

ahah thats funny because every time i go to my gym to work legs or back or something i always see a few teens ( MY AGE!!! ) just working their chest improperly , biceps improperly ( just rip that weight up baby , and let gravity do its thing )

The correct form when performing the exercises is the based to avoid injuries. Sometimes people in the gym try to impress others trying to lift huge amount of weight when actually they are exposing to get injured, it's dump

Though, if you keep the form your back will get strong and it shouldn't have back pain unless you have another condition such muscletrainerdh said. I injured my back twice long time ago and working out had actually help me to recover
