Default cutting body fat

hi, im 17 years old 5-10 and about 170 lbs. Ive been doing dougs 4 day split for about 6 months now. I run 3-4 miles 5-7 days of the week, and eat as healthy as possible. I have lost almost 20 lbs of body fat already, but it seems that my fat loss has ceased. Is there anything extra I can do or should be doing to lose the little extra fat I still have and start to really get defined?

I also take A supplement called fullblown extream, which is a creatine and caffeine mix.

As you say you "eat as healthy as possible" that may give you a clue as to why your fat loss has stalled. Have you calculated your calorific requirements again since you started the fat loss routine

Well you should get a new routine since you have been using this one for 6 months!

And also this happens to alot of people, happened to me, when i was 12, quit soccer and gained 30lbs of pure fat on 8 months (gamer)

than i started sports again and lost about 15lbs but than i just hit a plateau.
at that point i joined the gym and it all started to happen again lost alot of inches and gained ALOT

just try another workout and try cycling instead of running and try to change your diet!
