Well you should get a new routine since you have been using this one for 6 months!
And also this happens to alot of people, happened to me, when i was 12, quit soccer and gained 30lbs of pure fat on 8 months (gamer)
than i started sports again and lost about 15lbs but than i just hit a plateau.
at that point i joined the gym and it all started to happen again lost alot of inches and gained ALOT
just try another workout and try cycling instead of running and try to change your diet!
