Default Does this ever happen to you?

Last week I was hitting 115 and 120 easily, and today I tried to hit that, but it got really hardefor me. Does that happen to you?

I think this happens to everybody, some workouts just seem a struggle, whilst most of the time they're a breeze. It could just be that you were tired, even if you didn't realise it.

thanks, its probably because i barely had sleep last night.

That would account for it. Sometimes if you are struggling at a set weight as well, it can be good to back off a little, for one workout, and that usually helps too in the next workout.

Just back off a little on the amount of weight lifted during the following workout, (or at the time that you feel tired) and then go back to the normal amount of weight that you usually lift. No need to miss out a week, or anything, unless you're really drained, or it's time for a rest, such as at the end of a routine etc.

make sure you arent overtraining... this can lead you to your problem as well. if you have a week of "struggling" workouts, i'd suggest you take a week off from everything and let your body full recover. it does wonders!

I agree, and especially as the poster also mentions that he is having difficulty sleeping.....
