Too much or too little sleep does that to me. Changes in your diet routine will do it to, like if you skip your pre workout meal or exercise at a different time of day to usual.

Yeah ive had the exact same thing happen to me. I was trying to figure out what was going on because I was benching heavy then my weight started to drop. It wasnt diet or anything but i later found that i was overtraining. Donnay is right on in saying take a little break.
