hi everyone, well im 16 years, im 170cm and 135 lbs, bodyfat 15%, have been working out for 9 months, my routine have been: pecks/back 3 days a week and bicep /tricep/shoulders twice a week, and the next week vice-turns, i mean 3 days bicep/tricep/shoulders

and twice pecks and back..
i am goin to make the 10 week mass building program...

what i want to do is making bigger my biceps

and get my 8/6 abs pack, i have already the 4 upper, in the program theres a resting day on weds, so i though on doing swimming on that day for seeing results quicker, but i am making the program for gaining weight, so going to swim will make not to work the program? .. and the program is recomended for a 16 y.o? thanks
pd: my diet: i drink twice my protein shake,

and one protein bar in the morning.
i like eating a lot!

but dont like most of the vegetables, but i am trying to eat em.
