Talking Trying to get huge..

hi everyone, well im 16 years, im 170cm and 135 lbs, bodyfat 15%, have been working out for 9 months, my routine have been: pecks/back 3 days a week and bicep /tricep/shoulders twice a week, and the next week vice-turns, i mean 3 days bicep/tricep/shoulders and twice pecks and back..
i am goin to make the 10 week mass building program...

what i want to do is making bigger my biceps and get my 8/6 abs pack, i have already the 4 upper, in the program theres a resting day on weds, so i though on doing swimming on that day for seeing results quicker, but i am making the program for gaining weight, so going to swim will make not to work the program? .. and the program is recomended for a 16 y.o? thanks

pd: my diet: i drink twice my protein shake, and one protein bar in the morning.
i like eating a lot! but dont like most of the vegetables, but i am trying to eat em.

if thats your complete workout, youve been making some common mistakes. to start, your overtraining by working out the same muscles 2/3 times a week, any more than 1 and your muscles dont get enough time to recover. also, i hope youve been working out your legs and just forgot to put the exercises on here. if not, you really need to start doing that. you dont wana end up with a huge upper body and tiny legs.

i ate TONS of food over the summer but i wasn't gaining. i wasn't focusing on WHAT i was eating. then school started and i would make subs for lunch and BOOM within 3 weeks of school starting i went from 153lbs to 157lbs. so WHAT you eat makes a difference. and what protein shake are you taking..? if you want MASS take weight gainer not necessarily protein powder. good weight gainers: cytosport cytogainer, true mass, serious mass, anything from O.N. (serious mass stuff ^), also check out www.bodybuilding.com and look at the store and the weight gainers they have there.

your over training with that workout.
getting huge takes time and a great diet and hardwork




eat healthy not junk food
carbs/protein/grains etc.
