Lower chest:

Push Up (if you struggle to do a few)
Chest Dips (hits pectoralis minor - under main chest muscles)
Bench Press / *Decline bench press
Fly / *Decline Fly

* Dont bother with them

Upper / Outer Chest:

Incline Bench Press
Incline Dumbell Press

To start off you want to keep the reps high and the weight low to allow you to learn how to do them correctly and isolate the correct muscles.

If you incorporate flat barbell or dumbell bench press, they work the lower pecs. Decline is really focusing on lower pecs, but steer clear of doing them in a weekly routine... an overworked lower chest give the "puny" chest look. Upper chest is where the size comes from.

So you have what? a table? If you have no weights then our only bet is pushups with weight on your upper back
