Unhappy Abs!

hey im 16 and i have the upper abs
but my lower and obliques doesnot appear
can you tell me a diet, and exercise for them?

figure out your body fat percentage...get it under 10% by eating right and that will do it.

Hanging Knee/Leg Raises
Lying/Incline Leg Raises
Cable Torso Twist

and yes get your diet under 10% and they'll pop. carb cycle and limit fats.

In addition to Nico's exercises, Hip Curl on incline bench (30 to 45 degree etc).

also forgot to add if you're looking for a bodybuilder body avoid side bends so you don't thicken the waist and take away from your back width.
