sort out your diet first. stop eating fatty foods,fastfoods,sodas,etc
drink more water. eat healthy veggies,fruits,protein filled foods.
after you have that THEN its time to hit the weight room.
do somewhat light workouts. 8-12 reps .NO 2-4 reps thats a no no at your age. do compund workouts, bench/squat/powercleans. those are great for football
also if you want to get bigger increase your cal intake.
