GVT is typically done with a 60 second rest period and no drop sets are needed.

Do what you can man. Lifting heavy is ideal, but not the ONLY way to train. I would focus on diet and cardio. Go for that lance armstrong look, or another FIT character.

In your situation you may have difficulty putting on mass after your body gets used to using the 15lb weight. And if your "Rare Brain Situation" causes you tremors when using weight over 15lbs, then you will not be able to achieve an overload that will cause muscle growth.

Is your current weight still over 200lbs and your BMI over 25? If so, it think it would serve you best to continue and try to lose weight.

    Hope that helps.

I'm not very experienced with such cases, I would talk to a doctor about it and possibly consider physical therapy to help.

Honestly, I am no where near qualified to give you advice on that. Just keep on trying things until you make progress.

Hey there bro, Thanks for the message.

Losing body fat is all about diet. If I were you, i wouldn't do any fasting at all. that will just slow down your metabolism and force your body to store fat. rather try to eat every 2,5 hours. Make sure you are eating good, clean foods, and also be sure to be eating a calorie deficit (your body must burn more energy than you are eating) If your diet is spot on, you wont need to do much cardio I hope this helps. Message me if you want any help at all
