Losing body fat is all about diet. If I were you, i wouldn't do any fasting at all. that will just slow down your metabolism and force your body to store fat. rather try to eat every 2,5 hours. Make sure you are eating good,clean foods, and also be sure to be eating a calorie deficit (your body must burn more energy than you are eating) If your diet is spot on, you wont need to do much cardio
