I prob eat fast food 4 times a week. But thats only cause im bulking and on the road alot. I have 2 weight gainer shakes and that add 2k cals. And the rest is all food. Plus the 500 cals i get from my protein shakes.
WEll its football season so i dont really have a strict diet. Just min req of cals and protein i need a day. Im taking in 350gs of protein. And around 9k cals or so. I burn alot of those cals during football and lovley 98 degree texas weather haha
So I am unsure what you want. I post in your thread exercises to help ID the area and you seem not interested. Then I get a post regarding your pain today on my visitor message screen. What is it I am confused do you or do you not want advice?
