    i just saw your signature. you have 30% bodyfat when you started.. and now your bodyfat% is 12.. any tips/advice? do you do LIIT after weight training?

    yeah I have a stress fracture, so i havent been able to run in over 2 months, and it's not getting better at the rate I want to haha. But i'll be able to workout soon enough i hope

    haha i'd say you were ADD hahahaha... yeah in high school (which is where i'm assumin you ran those events) people arent quite as locked into a specialty, but i'd say if you ran in college they'd make you a middle distance person!
