thanks man! that's what i have been doing, but i am getting a belly. I think I am eating too much protien. I have about 3, 45gr shakes a day, sometimes 4. Over the summer I cut out all my shakes and suppliments and dropped a lot of fat, but I lost a lot of strength too. So, this fall I wanted to thicken up again, but I thought I could do it without the fat gain. If there is a way to do it, I have not found it. If you have any advice, I would appreciate it.
