Hi mate, it is normal with a cutting routine that your weights may drop. Dont worry about it, remember that weight isnt important, as long as your training is spot on. It will soon come back on when you start building again
Hi mate, with that routine the rep range is the important factor, so use a weight that you can only just perform the number of reps, if you could perform more reps then your weight used is too light, and if you cant get the number of reps then the weight is too heavy. Hope that makes sense :-)
you can post them in the forum, in the "Critique my Physique" section. To do it that way just create a new thread (button at the top of the forum section), then when the screen pops up for you to write something, there is a paperclip image that you can click on to attach pictures from your computer to that post.
OR you can post them in the Gallery (button at the top of the website page), once in that section you can click the upload photo link to start uploading pictures. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
