    Big breakfast can = BIG gains.
    1/2 cup Oatmeal, 2 eggs, 1 slice whole grain toast & 4 oz. of milk is about 400 calories!
    (Add one scoop of protein powder with water and you're over 500 cals)

    Good start to that 3,000 calorie a day bulker!
