    Yeah, better form, less chance of injury and an all-round better workout. Of course, as a person progresses up the weights that's a different matter, but there are very few, I reckon, who are willing to admit using 5kg weights, even though we know they're not a simple option and do give very good results where the joint/muscle won't allow more of a load, for whatever reason. On a women's forum, one woman was considering going from 5kg to 15kg in one foul swoop; I'm not entirely sure she comprehends what 15kg feels like

    5kg was what I started out with, but still use for bent lateral raises...and the number was used to give the smaller weights a bit of respect really, since they don't get a whole lot, and I thought it would be a cool name.
