It's good for shorter periods of time but diets that are very high in protein are generally not good for your health in the long run. I usually don't consume over 200g protein a day, which is a little bit over my lean body mass.
I would start with 3x30 minutes a week, low intensity first thing in the morning or after lifting weights. Basically just a light jog or heavy walk to get the heart rate to about 130-140 beats per minute.
Hi, To get rid of body fat requires a two pronged attack, creating a slight calorie defiicit and performing cardio. The "slight" deficit doesnt mean not eating..
Good, I placed 4h. I could have taken at least 2nd but I got caught in a stupid move in a match I was winning. Oh well, how about you? Since RI is small we don't have disctricts, we just have States and if your DII sectionals but we're DI.
Yeah, its a bit tough but you get used to it quickly. I just usually tie up in neutral but now thats not too good of an idea. We've had our two since last week, and recently we've been getting 1 or 2 allowances since we have exams going on right now. It doesn't help me though, these guys are already a lot heavier haha.
Nice haha. Our other Captain at 189 recently started sucking weight and beat me out at 171 in a close wrestleoff, so I had to go 189 for a tournament we just had saturday. Needless to say I placed 3rd at 189 and our captain placed 4th at 71, I think I'm glad he beat me, that was a tough weight class haha. If I wasn't 25 pounds lighter then some of the guys I think I would have done better, but oh well.
Sweet, I wanted to go 160 but one of our senior captains is 160, no way I could ever beat him haha. So I've beaten out everyone at 171 now. Woo. How much you weighing at? I float around 162 - 165
