I started day 1 of your "Low Volume High Intensity" workout (it's the most recent post in my log) and I can safely say I am completely worn out, close-grip bench and skullcrushers just weren't happening because I was so tired. With that said, I noticed significant decreases in the strength of my sets compared to my usual 4-day split. Should I be worried? I rested no longer than 1 minute on the first chunk of exercises but felt the need to rest between 90 and 120 seconds between my sets on close-grip and skullcrushers but it didn't seem to help my recovery at all; I was completely fatigued.
