Hi, As its only a few weeks to christmas, I wouldnt worry too much about eating too much over the festive period, everyone does it, although you dont have to go mad, its not compulsory to eat loads of fatty, sugary foods or even loads of alcohol, but still its a time to enjoy yourself, so just go ahead and have some fun, its only for a short while and wont make that much difference to the body.
