A few ? for you,I'm want to use gvt I'm legal handicap.I use only light weights ,if I go heavy i start to shake.I use 3-5-8-10lb dumbells,sometime I do drop down sets so i can work to my limit.Will working with gvt increase my size or will it help me cut(evan with light weight)?how long can I stay on gvt?since there is only short rest time does it work my cardio? can I do 2 exersizes per body part?If not,do i do other exersizes,how many sets(what about short time it takes to do it)?I do about 1-1.5 weights & .5-1.5 cadio 5-6 days a week.My goal is to lose another 30lbs on top of 50 I lost already Doctors orders.I'm self motavatated,but I had a personal trainer work with me on form 4x
