    Grrrrrr... I can't mail your stuff from work without going through the Exports department. Damn Global corporations! LOL So I'm offf to Ye Post Office to send it through them. I said they were "Vitamins" and were worth $20. Hopefully that does the trick.

    I'm at 203lbs, gained 5lbs while in Vegas. Which is not surprising considering how I ate and I was doing no supplementation. So holding on to lots of water! Can't wait to see what costume you come up with for Halloween!

    Hey possum, i was just reading your westside for skinny bastards routine and really like the look of it, great to hear it worked so well for you. Im thinking about using in my next bulk as i like the exercise rotation. Only problem is i'm 16 and have read on here that training so close to a 1 rep max can cause growth plate damage. Do you think i could lower the weight to 6-8 reps on the max effort strength days and therefore keep the other days as speed/power days?

    hey i had some questions about supplements, like t boosters and creatine, and all. if you had to suggets a whole line of supplements including protien pre post workout before bed vitamins everything what would you say a lifter who has been hitting it hard for a few years adn wants to put some seriuos mass on now should take. and explain phs to me if you would please thanks
