Yeah I'm hopping to deadlift 440 for reps by the end of the year, as long as things in my life doesn't veer too much this year. I'm going to get my squats up too, pretty much trying to avoid injury as well. I've been reading logs from some of the guys at elitefts, and its just injury land! I'd accept it if I was a strength athlete, but if I was just generally training and I detached my quad, that would be an issue!
