I, for now, do weighted ab crunches, and double crunches on Monday. Wednesday, I do weighted ab side crunches and anything pertaining to work out the side abs. Friday, I do the whole package, no weight.
Thats interesting. Some of my mothers cousins race out there. You may know them. The problem is you may not like them. With those guys, it can go either way. The speedway is always a drunken good time. I make it a point to at least go out a couple saturday nights during the summer.
ok I am taking protien, kre alkylyn, fish oil, animal stack, and today added amplified muscle igniter 4x by GNC that gave me tinngles loved it. Adding Glutimanne and Novex I think. What do u think am i becoming a supp junky
