Hi mate, I have never been a fan of low carb diets, they dont work for me. I prefer calorie cycling in 3 day phases. You can buy fiber supplements from Pharmacy's to help with obtaining enough fiber per day. You can try the two on - 1 off training,

Hi mate, you have to create a calorie defict from your maintenance calorie requirement, so what ever your calories should be is the amount that you have to sort your meal plan out to. Have a read of my article "How to create a bodybuilding diet" in the "Articles" section, that will help you to sort out the meal plan

you need to check your diet, drink water. enough to make your **** the color of white, not yellow.
are you focused in the gym or are you distracted, find ways to fix this, music helps.
You dont need to train more, you need to train enough and smart. how much is enough, it depends how you feel after your workouts currently.
30secs to 90 secs break inbetween.

Hi, the more training you do the more total calories you will burn. Losing fat is about burning stored calories which means cardio, a good diet, and weight training to maintain you muscle mass. So it would be a good idea to train five days per week, and sort the diet out. Personally when cutting I perform LIT cardio first thing in the morning and in the evening time, but you can perform LIT before breakfast and post training, or just before breakfast if you want. Hope that helps
