Things are great for me! I hope you can say the same for yourself. I am doing all push for upper body on one day then all push for upper body two days later then all of my legs on the third day. I have always done something very similar to this other than doing shoulders with legs. I am glad you are getting great results! Keep up the good work!
Right now I am doing a 3 day split with a target rep range of 8 to 10. Tuesday- Chest, Shoulders, Tri ....... Thursday - Back, Trap, Bi.... Saturday - Legs. Doing as many compound movements as possible.
