    BB Squat 'to parallel' 140 5x5
    DB Bench 40 5x5
    BB Deadlift 130 4x4 w/o straps 170 with
    trying to gain strength while still cutting... slow progress but it's happening. Lost 23kg so far since the height of my bulkiness mid-way through last year, 9 to go then will assess
