I love how you respond to other readers I'm hopeful you can help me.
1-I'm handicapped so I can't lift heavy weight w/o shaking my max on treadmill is 2.7 my legg's can't move any faster.I'm using german volume technic to keep up my strength with a 15-30 sec break.I was using drop down .I lost 50 lbs last year from 10-09 6-10 then nothing lost since 6-10.I walk 40 min 4-6 days a week.on 10 1-10 I'm starting to take mealdown to help.I'm also want to be on intermittent fasting to help me lose another 30 lbs I'm 48 202lbs, Last year my wife wanted me to get the lap band surgery before I lost the weight.I want to lose weight but kept my strength because of my situation.
