    Alright mate, Was just wondering whether you can answer a question for me, Reference position when deadlifting (Especially what qualifies in competition) I was basically wondering how low the top of the leg has to be? (I.e the quad) or how its judged?

    Looking on the web and around at meets on youtube It doesn't seem there is any sort of regulation in that sence as there is with a squat movement?

    Damn, it must have been awhile! I believe you challenged me to race when we were both in the 170-75lb mark! And advanced congratulations for the birth of your new child!

    Unfortunately, my bank balance ran a little too low after 14months on the road and I had to catch a flight back home at the end of November. Now it's much the same as before I left - gym and uni.
