I think it makes perfect sense to get nitritional knowledge from someone who can point you in the right direction, food in the saddle etc is not something that ordinary dietary nutrition knowledge will cover, so makes good sense to speak to someone who's in the know. Freediving has the same issues, all carbs for breakfast on morning of dives (even recreational), protein only to be eaten in the evening, and breakfast is supposed to be around 2000 calories (sounds like fun to get through that much

), non-acidic foods of course, and then 1000 calories every hour afterwards etc, etc...so yep, I understand fully about the nutritionist.
