    I'm doing good too bro. I do have to update my pics since I finished a heavy set routine two weeks ago. Strength has been through the roof. Squat Max is at 450 lbs, 3 sets of 6. I was pretty happy about that. Also happy with dumbbell press, now I'm able to do the 100 lbs DB Press 3x10 every time for flat and incline. I've seen the most growth in legs. Just started a new high rep routine which will hopefully get me leaner, also added circuit training to the mix. Hopefully I can get back to M&S as before and get tips from you guys.
