I joined M&S earlier this year and since then i gained 20lbs, not the kind of weight i was hoping for. Im pretty embaressed on how lazy ive been, and very surprised at myself! My goal isn't necessarly a "lbs" goal, but to get back inshape before the end of the year. Im gonna tighten up my diet and my lifestyle and hopefully be at a point where im like "my shoes are untied.. oh no.. let my take off my shirt so i can tie them..." .So now there aint nothin to it but to do it and im bout to TEAR this motha up. Wish me luck!!!
