    Yes it is hard to train during morning, but best way to be focus on training... I start training at 6 AM each morning. Why are You not satisfied with Your last pics? Did You post it here? I think You are already very well cuted, You need mass, but thats only my opinion... Thanks on compiment... Not so many guys in gym want to compare their arms with my (I offer to lot of them).. Wonder why? ... After summer start to eat lot and train hard and very soon Your arms will be bigger than mine..

    That's interesting, and I'm sure annoying to you. I'm still trying get 1GM of protein for 1lb of body weight , while not altering bodyfat % so your not alone in trying to get that perfect shape.

    I started with my cutting phase, and start to train Jiu Jitsu and Judo... Maybe start with MMA, but who knows?

    Hey no problem. Not too bad- Always trying to incorperate new routines. I think I'm adding muscle mass and slowly getting rid of some access fat as well. Best wishes on your cut, I'm sure you'll reach your goals.
