Im getting back into training been off for about 6months now, mainly down to family, work, etc. But im doing steve's power-burn to get some strength back normally do my own routines but like the look of that one. Do you make shakes ? a real good one i find is 200ml of scottish oats, low fat milk, honey, udo oil, 2eggs, protien powder and any little extra's you want and thats close to 600cals, i make 3 every night before work so they ready and just neck them quickly between meals lol extra 1800cals good carbs around 80g fats 15-20g and protien is up around 40g's..... What do you generally eat day to day ?
