    A good back workout I think would look something like
    Wide grip pull ups 4x10
    Bb rows 4x 6-12
    Rack chins 4x 6-12
    Dumbell rows 4x6-10

    well im curently in the Coast Guard doing Federal law enforcement and have applied to a lot of police jobs. so im in shape just want to be better i guess. ya know to kick some bad guy ass hahaha

    Mmmm not a super interesting story. I was a runner (Track and Cross Country) in high school... and just recently retired. I've lifted for years with track, but only a few months ago have I really started to lift seriously. Now I'm just tryin to get into a "figure" competitors type shape... I'm not sure if I wanna compete, but I might someday.

    What's your story? lol
