Hey there, Sorry for the late reply I haven't been on here in a while, Been really busy. Okay I am down to 238lbs I do about 30 mins a day on the treadmill anywhere around 400 to 500 calories just doing that. Then I go home and do the P90X workout for an hour. I don't know the calories there, I need to get one of those calorie counter watches. I have only done 2 weeks of the P90X. I think I am going to focus on loosing the weight before continuing with the P90X. There is a New BEACHBODY workout called INSANITY that I want to try out. Get fit in 60 days. nothing but straight cardio. Suppose to burn about 1000 calories an hour. For Diet, Breakfast I eat either a bowl of cereal, protein shake or Oatmeal with protein mix and 1 teaspoon of All natural peanut butter. Snack I will eat some fruit, Lunch will be a grilled chicken salad, snack again either fruit, nuts or small oatmeal, Dinner grilled Chicken, Veggies, or rice , small potato, last is 1 more small snack before 7pm which is a protein shake or cottage cheese. I also drink lots of water during the day. So far it seems to be working. I have lost 15 lbs in 5 weeks but I know I was also building muscle while doing the P90X so i probably would have lost more.
