    the shoulder routine looks good
it cannot be compared to the larry scott shoulder press because it can be incorparted in this routine. lolllll.
ill try this routine after my cycle of doggcrapp program.

man in my opinon** i think the best shoulder workout is by larry scott.
check out how he changes the angle of the weight. it hits the shoulder , not the triceps.
i dont believe any shoulder press can beat larry scotts. i usually do 65 for shoulder presses for 8 reps.
BUT with larry scotts shoulder press, i can only do 50's for 8 reps and it hits my shoulders way harder.
i ll look at that coconot routine though. Larry scott is a legend hes the first mr olympia.
    please look it up.
math is comming along really good, better then before, i never understood it before, i have a different teacher and he is great at teaching it.

Thanks for the advice. I used to do the same in high school, I fell behind one semester and now I am 20, altho I got all my credits and graduated right before I turned 20. Reason for that is because I was held back in grade 5 ( parents choice)
Do I really need LOTS of math to be succesful?
My dad really pushs me, he's never proud until I succeed beyond expections. And he really pushs it, I am happy if my dad is happy. That's how I feel now because of his expections and his accomplishments.
I have dropped many friends, as I was very well liked. I have 1 real friend and the others are just people I might see and have a converstion with.
In college I can see my self as a person who will meet girls but will not have friends.
I plan to stay on track as I want to find out what I am capable of doing and learning.
I hate drinking as it leads me to be dead, and unable to continue my usual routine and diet properly. my friends are a real pain and pressure when it comes to going out at night and getting faced. I am a mature and professional adult. lol

Yes I am, just taking one course that I need for college, I don't know what I want to study either.
I really want to pursue health and fitness but I took the wrong courses in high school. So I decided I am taking business admin/or general/marketing I signed up for all those to see what I can get into.
Anyway I guess business is good because I can do anything with it.
    LOL lock down.

Lol actually I just began this workout a week ago but it seems to be on the right track.
I am hitting my muscle groups more often in a short period of time with low volume high intensity.
But no I was typing to you on my iPod and I didn't remeber what exactly you said but it seemed like you were saying my program isn't good enough or some thing.
    Anyway you will like this,
How are your studies going? Do you always have time to not miss a workout?
Because you gotta work at the same time to pay them univeristy bill right

Oh, no. I was not assuming that you weren't making great gains. I can tell that you made great improvements according to your pictures. I just didn't know if they were due to your current routine. I had asked if you were experiencing great gains from this workout? Since you said yes, I would stick with it. Now I understand your workout routine... you are definitely not overtraining. How long have you been training?
