    Nice buck! I got my first deer, a small spike, but I wasn't turning it down. Did everything wrong. Punched the trigger, dropped my bow arm to watch the shot, etc.. everything I'd practiced not to do. The 2 blade opened a HUGE wound channel. The arrow went in high and back (gut shot) and exited his KNEE, but in the process slashed his femoral artery and he bled out within 60 yards of my stand.
    Congrats on a really nice deer. We started gun season today. Didn't get one during blackpowder, but I've got a nice scrape working on the back of my property right now. Gotta see who's working it...
