    Hi, sorry I re-read your last message and I have got it the wrong way around, no wonder you got confused..lol
    Your left side of the chest is getting bigger, this normally happens with people who are left handed. What you do is this; Your left hand side is probably stronger than the right, so whatever weight the right hand side can manage use the same weight on the left. Only go up in the weight when the right hand side can manage the extra weight, and use the same weight for the left side, which would mean that the left hand side (stronger) would be getting less work. Use only dumbbells until both sides even out, this is because when using a barbell, the dominant side always pushes more. Hope that makes sense now..I am away on holiday for a week from tomorrow 30th Oct, so if your still having problems then post on the forum until I get back..Thanks

    Hi, It is normal to have a dominant side. Use dumbbells for your presses, use a weight that the left can handle, only go up in weight when you are able to for the left side, which would mean that the right side would be getting less work. Continue with this until the left side catches up with the right
