I can't tell from the net man but what you gotta decide is what size you want your muscles then once your happy cut to get them defined.

That diet will be good for cutting. it keeps the metabolism high but you gotta watch portion size to see what suits for you. Stay away from the sugar and junk food. Have a decent helping both once a week (sunday usually) and it won't harm your progress. So thats like a large bag of skittles or chocolate whatever you want.

I don't use supplements myself and i find the diet to be hard to get down. What would be ideal is 3 meals and 3 protein shakes to keep up the numbers. But i know these are good meals:

Breakfast : Bowl of Oats w/ milk (protein) or water (fat free)
    Eggs or Tin of tuna
Glass of Water w/ multivitamin and Omega 3-6-9 Fats

Lunch : 2 Slices of Brown Bread with Meat (Turkey Chicken Beef)
    Piece of Fruit or Salad

Dinner: Portion of Meat (Fish Chicken Beef Turkey)
    w/ some wholegrain rice/ potatoes
    and vegetables

Late in the day have a meal similar to lunch an hour before bed or whatever suits.
Have a snack between the first two meals to keep your energy up.
    Snacks would include:
    Peanut Butter Sandwiches
    Oats Bars
    Toast
    Fruit and Veg
    Nuts

Thats a rough draft but you put what you want into it man. Change it up but still meet the standard of this diet. (eg. Bread for Rice or Wholegrain Cereal for Oats)

not always man. Muscle building will slow down your goals in MMA. However training for endurance is the way to go. Once you build the muscular endurance it will assist your overall endurance while training. I finished with karate now. I like disipline in martial atrs but karate is just wasting time.
