    Thanks for that info bro, I was thinking about this sort of routine once a week -

    - 3 sets bicep barbell curls
    - 2 sets skullcrushers
    - 2 sets french press

    Then super setting dumbbell bicep curl with tricep curl (double tricep extension) till failiure, I tried this workout 2 days ago an they burned up pretty good, i can still feel my tri's.

    Well, heres the most recent..
    Waist is 32.75 (measured incorrectly before at 31.5, it was 32.25)
    Right bicep 16.75
    Left Bicep 16.40
    Right forearm 12.75
    Left Forearm 12.5
    Right calf 16.75
    Left calf 16.5
    Right thigh 23.75
    Left Thigh 24
    Chest 41

    I think it is time to do single limb motions, although I think it may be normal to have dominant sides. Only time will tell.
