Hi, Firstly if you want any results from the training you have to get the diet sorted out, just "guessing" is not good enough if you want results. You will get health benefits of your training and as a beginner some small results from your training until your body reaches a training adaptation, but after that 60%-70% of results from your training comes from your diet.
