hey man! i've noticed that you're on LG? i read your links about it and im interested to try it.. i just finished my first week of bulking and gained about 2-3 lbs but my waistline remains the same. i was wondering if you could help me out with my LG schedule? because i wake up at 6-7am and i train at 8-9am..problem is, i dont have any BCAA so im not sure what to take while training fasted...

Carbs, dont ask me, but around 200-220 g, I couldnt go less, I wanted, I tried but... And I dont want to lose so much strength... So that will not be something spectacular (I will still not compete)... We would see
