Yea I know This forum is definitely a huge help man. A lot of people all are nice and all answer your questions to the best of their ability!
I really want to thank you for everything, really you have been very helpful to me. And just knowing that someone that was over weight has lost so much weight and is getting closer to their goal really motivates me!

I never liked the exercise bike, when I ride it I gradually start sliding down the set and have to reposition myself every 2-4 minutes lol. I do use the eliptical and it seems everyone hates that on the forums because its so boring, but i just put on a show or listen to music n I blast 15 mins in no time for warm up. I'm gonna probably start doing cardio on off days too because I feel I might get lazy if I dont do something all week. Even if its walking around the block a few times or going for a high intensity swim. I just want to be more active on off days.
How was the 30 mins on the bike today?

Thanks a lot with that reply! really helps a lot. Right now im doing the 12 week beginners workout just started yesterday actually. As for a diet I have nothing lol, probably gonna copy your new one looks easy and has alot of good tasting food. Signing up for myfitnesspal right now.

My main goal right now is to drop to 200 lbs and be around 15% bf. Currently I am 280 so I have along way but I love working out not sure about loving to diet but I am gonna have to change that lol! Thank again with all this info I'm prolly gonna base my diet on yours, whats your cal intake a day with what you eat in the example of your daily meal? Because im suppose to eat 3500 to maintain my weight and I want to try hitting around 2800-3000.

But thanks again man your a real inspiration knowing it can be done with hard work gets me pumped up man! I just need to get a real gym membership or get some dumbbells like you, that workout yo showed me looks pretty good, and i don't know why but when I work out with DBs the workout feels more intense.

Hope you have reach your long term goals I know you will with that determination.
