Hi, losing fat is more to do with a combination of eating the "right" amount of calories, weight training to hold the muscle already built and increasing calorie expenditure from cardio and/or other daily activities. Use the BMR?activity calculator in the "Tools" section found top right of the page. Work out your BMR/Activity calorie requirements, subtract 500 from the total the calculator gives you. Divide the calories into 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 30% fats. Perform cardio daily (if possible) which will expend a further 500 calories per day, that should allow you to lose body fat.
