    I dont know which kind of shake can give You 1950 calories, quite impossible.

    I dont know is it enough, because I dont know Your goals...

    I started to train with weights during my kickboxing (8 years ago...)but I sterted serious 4 years ago? Did You see my gallery?

    Thanks... But I will not agree with You, I want increase numbers... Flat bench press to 100 kgs (220 lbs) squat to 315 lbs, and Deadlift to 335 lbs.

    How old are You?

    How long have You been train?

    Avatar is so nice, nice definition.... I red that You are vegetarina, thats not good in case that You want more muscle mass, but I hope Yu will find a way to put some pounds on You. I eat 8 time per days, around 3000-3200 calories. You?
