    Hi, Damiem...maybe you can help me...I am 54 years old and have arthritis in both my knees,but get shots in them,,this helps..but I have been working out lately and doing alot of walking. I was at 320 lbs but now down to 270 lbs thru diet and excercise. I want to work my legs but with my condition it is kind of hard to do squats or leg curls and leg extensions..can you help me out because I want to get my legs in shape. I am heavy in the hips,rear,legs.

    Hi and thank you,I'm a handicapped guy ,I have a rare brain disorder,one of the side effects are tremors,so I can't more than 15lbs. Last year I lost 50lbs,I need to lose another 30-40lbs more.
    My ? is shold I use a mass building workout since I can only 15lbs max (like german volume technique)and relie on diet for sliming down or use a cutting routing?
    I know my situation is not common,I been cleared medical to workout,my doc.has no leads for me on trainers.
    Any advice will be helpfull.

    Hi my is Gary Polishuk I have a very rare brain disorder.but here's why I'm contacting you.for the last 3 years I have lifting weights ,because of my shaking and tremors I can only lift lite weights 15lbs max other wise I hurt myself.I change my routine every 2 weeks to keep the body guessing.I do 2 exercises per body part I work out 4-6x week plus I walk about 43 minutes holding on ,other wise I'm in seating position all day.I know now I can not put on any bulk ,Last year I lost 50lbs on weigh watchers I need to loss another 40 lbs.Right now I'm 205 5'11" 48 years young I eat more than it says to of carbs because money is tight & because of my situation, it helps the meals go farther.I want to get a athletic body. I just know how with my limitations.My trainer can't help that's why I'm reaching out for some advice. I have use the German volume technique,drop downs,slow reps 8-1-8.I know this is to put on size,I was trying to make up for my lack of being able to use heavy weight.As you can see I don't lack desire,I just need some direction to reach my goal.
    I eat around 2x a day I eat a lot, small portions did not work for me.after I work out I'm real hungry but because my lack of motion during the day I can't eat the way it says in the magazines I take creatine for my Brain and N.O. I can not afford protein powder.
    What can I do with this this situation?
    I eat 2x a day for health reasons ,and trying to sock my body.I need to lose another 40lbs.I need a good work out and a good diet,
