dude. i quoted you directly. powerlifting and strongman is exactly what you need for your goals...period. therefor i answer your question and i helped. the fact that you cant see that is what makes you look like an idiot. you even tried to make a joke out of it by talking about lifting stones and logs, but all you did was clown yourself. you showed how naive you are to what strongman training actually is.
youre nothing but another chump on a forum trying to act like you know something.
trust me lil guy. youd get eaten alive around my crew. even my girl can outlift you and that's a fact.

Don't sweat it I haven't been on that much either. In the end I'm going to a special rehab place that's pretty cool with physiotherpaists helping me out and today I went to my first day at the "gym" they've got there. It's all machines but it's nice to be lifting some weight again. So yes all is wel tell me when you've put up your routine and tell me how it's going out sounds interesting man

Ah yeah had a rotator cuff tear and some tear in my muscle too. Surgery was really quick and painless only bother is now that I had to wear a sling 6 weeks and it's like 2 months of rehab. Want to go the gym so bad but can't lift weights hahah Ah numbers are getting up there :P what were you lifting before??

Hahah yeah he shouldAB ADD ON some more muscle instead of talking so much xD Well once I'm done with rehab I'm starting starting strength lol For now all I do is practice body squats at home every once in a while but it's well explained I like the book. Oh and I found this really cool forum where rippetoe personally answers your questions http://startingstrength.com/resources/forum/forum.php I'll post my lifts there once I'm back in the gym so he can critique my technique (here also but more interested in what rippetoe says about my squats and all that)
