Ah yeah had a rotator cuff tear and some tear in my muscle too. Surgery was really quick and painless only bother is now that I had to wear a sling 6 weeks and it's like 2 months of rehab. Want to go the gym so bad but can't lift weights hahah Ah numbers are getting up there :P what were you lifting before??
Hahah yeah he shouldAB ADD ON some more muscle instead of talking so much xD Well once I'm done with rehab I'm starting starting strength lol For now all I do is practice body squats at home every once in a while but it's well explained I like the book. Oh and I found this really cool forum where rippetoe personally answers your questions
