    My bench sucks haha, normally always usin db's, still growing.

    yea started back this week..feel weak but strenghts coming back..this time hopefully i can concentrate on lifting and gaining weight. nah fast over now just train train lol tc

    My Training - Often classed as over-training due to the high volume/workload... Its only over-training if gains stop coming and energy levels drop!
