Hey Chris, sorry it took so long to get back to you, but to answer your question, yes I did make a video with my ab routine, but I sent it to a company I cannot name at this time for legal reasons and they officially own the footage for the time being. However, I'm in the process of putting together a 2nd video of my new routine, I just need to find the right equipment since my gym won't allow me to film in their building. But, for now, if you have any questions let me know and I'll try to describe some of the routines to hold you over for the vid.
