Sorry Saizzz, I was on my mobile phone and now on the computer. Hemp protein does contain fats, the good kinds. Poly and mono unsaturated fats. Which studies have shown that people who have a good intake of these fats are leaner than the average because they don't get deposited the same way as saturated fats. Hemp would be a great choice for a person with your goals in mind. AS well as someone who is recoverying from a bulking or heavy workout. Its more about calories that the type of protein. Milk and milk based products have been known to "thinken the skin" if you will. along with add sugar in the form of lactose and saturated fat.
You do not have to combine both proteins to get the most out of them. You have to use pancreatic manipulation after a workout. Meaning, adding a bit of real sugar to cause an insulin spike to push the nutrients from your blood to your cells and tissues. You only need about 10mg of real sugar to do that. Hemp is cleaner and better digested than whey. I do recommend using higher levels of l-glutamine with the hemp. about 3 grams will do. Finding a product with BCAA's added is always a better chioce. I like amnutrition "basic Trainein for its hemp whey and bcaa's, there is mariwana muscle and now foods has a hemp product to but without BCAA's.
